What to Expect During Your Visit

Our same-day crown process is streamlined and designed with your comfort in mind. Here’s what you can expect:

Numbing & Preparation

To ensure you don’t feel a thing, we’ll carefully numb the area before prepping your tooth. This involves removing any decay or damage to create a stable foundation for your crown.

3D Digital Scanning

Using the top of the line iTero Scanner, we’ll capture a precise 3D rendering of your tooth. This ensures your crown fits perfectly and blends seamlessly with your natural teeth.

Crown Milling

Once your scan is complete, CAD software is used to design the crown, then our in-office milling machine begins crafting your custom crown. The process takes about an hour, during which we can make the most of your time by completing other dental work, such as fillings or cleanings.

Crown Placement

After your crown is ready, we’ll securely bond it to your tooth, ensuring it feels comfortable and functions just like your natural tooth. From start to finish, the entire appointment takes about 2.5 hours for a single crown.
